Razzle Dazzle is a still apple red raspberry cider. This cider is semi dry with a tart finish. Many say it has resembles a "sour". Razzle Dazzle was made with Snapdragon apple juice and whole raspberries. The raspberries lend a light enjoyable flavor. We suggest letting this cider breathe 10 to 15 minuets or decant.
Notes
This cider has a wonderful aroma. We used whole raspberries in the fermentation to capture the total essence of the raspberry. The apple cider we used was from the Snapdragon apple which is a daughter of the honey crisp. So the little bit of sweetness that is has is from its momma.
