The Montmorency Cherries used in this cider are from Sanger Farms in Youngstown, NY -- just south of Lake Ontario in Niagara County.
Montmorency Cherries are a tart and tangy fruit that make delicious jams, cobblers, and of course -- hard cider! The sour cherries perfectly complement apples' natural sweetness in a co-fermented hard cider.
