This 100% New York perry is crafted with local pears sourced from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. To double its pear quality, the perry was blended with a custom Bartlett pear syrup produced for us by The Forest Farmers in Lyon Mountain, NY. Pear Pear emits subtle notes of cognac that is complimentary to the off-dry finish.
