Beacon Blend is a dry, mellow cider. It is fermented in small batches using fresh pressed juice. The apples for the cider are grown in the microclimate of Southwestern Michigan where days are cooled and nights are warmed by Lake Michigan to provide consistent growing season temperatures. A Belgian yeast is paired with the juice to birth the cider and complement the flavors imparted to the apples by the terroir. Heed the call of the Beacon!
