Mile High Dry is the purest form of our blended cider. This Bottle Contains the perfect fermented apple cider that is dry and tart. Embodying the traditional cider that was consumed for hundreds if not thousands of years. This Cider has a hint of sweetness added back in at the end of the process to just lightly balance out the dry nature of the cider. While still very dry this bottle is approachable for cider novices and enthusiasts alike.
We are a Hard Cider producer in the small apple growing region known as Oak Glen. We are located in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains. We grow fruit on our 300 acre apple farm at Los Rios Rancho. From blossom to bottle we strive for a perfect Cider and a unique experience. All of our ciders are produced with wild fermentation on the ranch.
