Deep gold in color, beautiful clarity, and brightness.
Notes of Apple, honey, warm brioche, melon, and a slight smoky note with a
touch of the forest floor –and just a hint of juniper.
Round, viscous entry onto the palate. Flavors of apple, pineapple, red
cherry, and toast coat the palate while the acidity conveys rich, ripe apple
mouthfeel. Along, silky, smooth, sweet apple finish with lingering after taste of
apples and cherries.
Serve with a dessert course or any stinky, soft cheeses. Pecans or walnuts and
blue cheese pair nicely with this cider. Served with dried fruits like fig, mango,
and papaya alongside aged Parmesan or Asiago Cheeses served is to die for.
