Orchard Hill Cider Mill is an estate cidery located in the Hudson Valley, and approximately a 1 hour drive north of New York City. We make premium cider for wine drinkers. Our ciders tend be drier, since we make ciders that we would like to drink ourselves. We love cider that reflects the contribution of quality fruit. Our mission is to put our orchard in a glass. We work to let the apples express themselves by combining a very traditional and minimalist approach to cider making, with modern winemaking techniques. The outcome is a range of refreshing and expressive ciders and pommeau.
