Northern Gold is an Extra Dry Hard Cider made with 82% Heritage Apples. Northern Gold is 8.1% Alc/Vol and fermented from freshly picked New York State Apples with no added preservatives, additives or flavorings. The name derives from the apples used: Golden Varieties combined with Northern Spy Apples.
Northern Gold is reminiscent of a non-oaked Chardonnay that is refreshing and clean. The aroma of the Golden apples is preserved with a pleasant apple flavor on the tongue. Served best very cold.
