St. Paddy's Delay is the Seventh Reserve Batch in our Oak Spirits Collection. This batch was aged for over a year and placed in a well-known, freshly dumped Whiskey barrel from Ireland. The blend of apple, maple syrup and the overtones of the Irish Whiskey has produced a unique cider/wine that has become a new favorite of our fans.
Tasting Notes: St. Paddy's Delay has a very complex flavor on the palette. The aroma presents caramel and light spice. The whiskey flavor presents up front with a flush of ripe green melon and a finish of toasted oak. You will find yourself identifying interesting and unique flavors with each supplemental sip.
