This 2020 limited release cider features whole Cornelian Cherries co-fermented dry with a blend of Peak Light field run cider. A dosage of cherry and quince creates the perfect marriage of sweet and tart. Aromas of raspberry preserves and black currant, with light body and medium astringency. This cider pairs well with aged cheeses, dried fruit, and shellfish.

We are a family farm located on Sauvie Island, just outside Portland, Oregon. Our estate orchard has more than 75 cultivars of apples, plums, pluots, pears, persimmon, and quince. We follow organic and biodynamic practices and implement strategies to enhance soil health and increase the biodiversity of our orchard.
