This was a collaboration between Winemaker Norman Saley and Chef Jamie McFadden (Cuisiniers, Orlando Culinary Tours, East End Market) with the goal of creating a crisp white that pairs effortlessly with a wide variety of dishes. Grapes were sourced from the Lake Chelan sub-AVA of the Columbia River Valley and grown at a vineyard that specializes in German/Austrian varietals
The wine gives aromas of lemon zest, starfruit, and pineapple peel. The wine is very mineral driven, with fine acidity. Flavors of apple, pear, key lime, and grapefruit combine on a pleasant mouthfeel.
