Off-dry, lush and full bodied with just a tingle of natural bubbles. This cider was made from the naturally cryoconcentrated juice left after we've drawn off the sweetest fraction of juice for making Ice Cider. This high brix juice has a similar sugar level to that of wine grapes and thus makes a higher abv cider that has similarities to white wine. Methode ancestrale, undisgorged.
