Made from our own apples harvested in 2021, pressed and naturally cold concentrated during the Winter of 2022, then fermented and aged for the better part of 2 years. This luscious dessert style cider is rich with essence of ripe apple with a touch of acidity to perfectly balance its sweetness. At 13.9%ABV our ice cider is the perfect after dinner accompaniment or cozy sipper in front of a fire.
