This is our first wine release. Single variety Cinsaut grapes were put through a 3 week carbonic maceration then lovingly foot stomped and allowed to ferment whole cluster for a few days before being pressed off to complete fermentation. It was then aged for 10 months in a neutral red wine barrel. This has playful fruity notes backed with a light but serious tannic finish. 750ML Bottles 23 Cases
