This is our most recent release of this still Spanish inspired cider. We are especially pleased with this as we were able to work with higher acid apples more akin to the traditional types used for this style. 750ML Bottles 23 cases
We are a regional cider & mead maker located in San Diego County, Ca. We use 100% locally grown and produced, in San Diego County, fruit and honey. We also use natural fermentation in the production of our ciders.
