This dry cider is made from a single-source orchard field blend of traditional English, French, and American apples (Kingston Black, Nehou, Muscat de Bernay, Mettais, Harrison, etc with a heavy dose of Burford Redflesh) and is reminiscent of ciders from the West Country of England with tons of berry notes, leather, and beautiful rich mouthfeel. 9 cases made.
Note: due to destruction of much of this orchard in 2022, this will be the next to last release of this cider.
