This year's version was once again harvested from a single 100 year old tree at the Guatay orchard. It is off-dry with a far softer taste than the 2018 version but still displays high tannins with a higher acidity. This would be a great one to do as a comparison with the 2018 to see how two harvests from the same tree can vary. (18) cases
