We cooked Granny Smith juice down to an apple syrup then blended with honey we carefully caramelized. This semisweet cyser tastes of caramel crème brûlée dabbed with hints of apple syrup.
We are a regional cider & mead maker located in San Diego County, Ca. We use 100% locally grown and produced, in San Diego County, fruit and honey. We also use natural fermentation in the production of our ciders.
