A dry cider featuring 2/3 bittersharp crabapples and 1/3 aromatic sweet apples from Julian, Ca aged in Hungarian Oak barrels to create a cider with structuring tannins and soft acid. Hints of leather, oak, floral notes, and a rich mouthfeel.
We are a regional cider & mead maker located in San Diego County, Ca. We use 100% locally grown and produced, in San Diego County, fruit and honey. We also use natural fermentation in the production of our ciders.
