A selection of our favorite French bittersweet apples, Frequin Rouge and Kermerrien, blended with the red fruit character and acid of Airlie Red - a red flesh apple discovered in Oregon.
This cider is semi dry with residual sweetness from Airlie Red balancing out the deep tannins of the French bittersweet apples.
Aroma: Cherries, leather, ripe apple
Tasting notes Rich red fruit flavors followed by a mid palate tannin with a smooth finish.
Ingredients: Oregon Apples - Frequin Rouge 60%, Airlie Red 25%, Kermerrien 15%.
