Pet Nat is short for Petillant Naturel, a cider & wine making method that captures the bubbles from the fermentation in the bottle. This Pet Nat is undisgorged and contains natural sediment you would expect from this type of fermentation. Fermented by yeast present on the apples at the time of harvest.
With a soft pillow of bubbles, stone fruit notes, and a light mid pallet tannin, this cider is excellent company on a picnic, patio, or for sipping while preparing a meal.
Serve chilled. The flavor develops nicely as it warms.
