This dry cider has notes of anise, pear, beeswax, and mineral.
Cidermaking Notes: apples hand-picked, sweated and pressed September and October 2023. Juice was then fermented to dry in stainless steel tank and oak barrels. Blended and force carbonated.
Bottled from brite tank beginning January 2024.

Redbyrd Orchard Cider is a small cidery with sustainably managed orchards nestled in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. We grow heirloom, wild seedling, and cider apples to produce distinct hand-crafted orchard based ciders.
