Riffelhof’s Pinot Noir is a marriage of estate grown Pinot Noir grapes and hand selected Pinot grapes grown along the cooler Kings River.
The grapes grow in tightly packed clusters that encourage low tannin, medium-body and soft color characteristics.
Riffelhof’s Pinot Noir flirts with a bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and cherry while young and develops into a complex combination of earthy hints and rich forest flora making it an ideal partner for rack of lamb, Beef Wellington, roast pork with herbs and fennel, and even baked salmon.
