This red wine blend is estate bottled and marries the best qualities of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Teroldego, and Pinot Noir grapes. The blend became popular immediately upon its release, and is enjoyed by visitors from around the world.
This wine was first released 17 February 2018 at the Project Survival’s Cat Haven Wine & Growlers event. We've been able to maintain the easy mouthfeel, its flavors and aromas of the original release in all its subsequent releases. We enjoy this wine with most meals and it even does well with higher acidic tomato based sauces, e.g. pizza!
