Set on a ridge between two lakes, the Koenig family orchard is home to many rare cider apple varieties including Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black, Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Winesap and Harrison. Cascading down both slopes of the ridge, these meticulously selected trees yield apples that, when fermented, impart rich depth of flavor to our ciders. We take pride in sharing our apples and cider with you.
This estate-grown cider bursts with fresh apple notes, delivering a vibrant, crisp flavor profile. The initial sweetness gives way to a satisfyingly dry finish, leaving hints of tartness that linger. Apples included in this blend: Roxbury Russet, Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill
