Raspberry Ridge is a collaboration between Sage Bird Ciderworks and Chestnut Ridge Coffee Roasters.
Bright apple and raspberry is balanced by dark chocolate notes from the coffee and toasted sugar notes and subtle sweetness from the belgian candi sugar. Dark in color and flavor, this is our take on stout-style cider. Notes of raspberry, chocolate, fig, toasted sugar, and coffee.
