A clean, dry, naturally tart cider. This is currently my favorite cider (it changes every month, so you don’t have to put a lot of value in that). Aged for just over a year before packaging, this small batch cider is bright, slightly tart, and apple forward leading to a light finish with notes of spice. It is comfortable cider, reminiscent of the morning light shining through the trees and the world is waking up to everything crisp and new.
Here are Saro we love travel. (Who doesn't love a vacation!) To us, travel means adventure and an opportunity to meet new people, learn different cultures, experience new foods and drinks.
