TASTING NOTES
Juicy pineapple, grapefruit, and tropical citrus flavors without any of the bitterness. A hazy, medium bodied wine with a sediment deposit, and medium plus acidity.
WINEGROWING
Grown with a focus on sustainability. These grapes are farmed on alluvial soils mixed with larger volcanic strata. A properly managed, umbrella like canopy allows for just the right air flow and dappled sunlight onto the clusters to achieve maximum quality. The soils of the vineyard site enhances the expression of character for each variety and lends to the uniqueness of the wine.
WINEMAKING
A medley of aromatic grapes directly pressed to stainless steel. Near the end of fermentation Citra & Cashmere hops, along with hop hash are added for a few days of contact, then withdrawn before bottling. The wine is bottled under a crown cap before fermentation ends for natural carbonation. Zero disgorgement and zero dosage. Unrefined, no sulfites added.
