WINEGROWING
All grapes a regrown with a focus on sustainability. These grapes are farmed on 2
Distinct soils, one made up of and decomposed ancient seabed and the other alluvial soils mixed with larger strata both sedimentary and volcanic. Aproperly managed, umbrella-like canopy allows for just the right air flow and dappled sunlight onto the clusters to achieve maximum quality. WINEMAKING
A 100% natural secret blend of natty juice fermented in stainless steel. Frizzante, unrefined ,and with no added sulfites. Lightly Sparkling From the ancestral method technique. Age Denti Rage (on the lees) after bottle fermentation. No Disgorgement And Zero Dosage Adde. fermentation ends for natural carbonation. Zero disgorgement and zero dosage. Unrefined, no sulfites added.

Hand harvested, estate grown fruit from our sustainably farmed 70 acres of vineyard. We grow 26 varietals, researching and developing the land and vines to produce our 100% Colorado estate wines.
Our team not only farms the land and grows the grapes, but also vinifies the wine with nominal interference in the cellar to truly express the unique high desert terroir. Our range of clean, ethically produced wines have little to no sulfite additions and are always gluten free, 100% vegan and non-GMO.
