Highly crushable berry, cantaloupe, Arnold Palmer iced tea, and melon flavors with a bursting jolt of fizz.
WINEGROWING
Grown with a focus on sustainability. These grapes are farmed on alluvial soils mixed with larger volcanic strata. A properly managed, umbrella like canopy allows for just the right air flow and dappled sunlight onto the clusters to achieve maximum quality. The soils of the vineyard site enhances the expression of character for each variety and lends to the uniqueness of the wine. Picked at the perfect balance for ripeness and acidity.
WINEMAKING
Spontaneously fermented with native yeast from previously pressed grape skins still containing residual amounts of sugar from the 2020 harvest. We perpetually upcycled our natural byproduct, by steeping the skins in carbon filtered water, adding a small percentage of Rosé wine after fermentation for stability. Fermented dry with a light, refreshing body, and minimal tannins.

Hand harvested, estate grown fruit from our sustainably farmed 70 acres of vineyard. We grow 26 varietals, researching and developing the land and vines to produce our 100% Colorado estate wines.
Our team not only farms the land and grows the grapes, but also vinifies the wine with nominal interference in the cellar to truly express the unique high desert terroir. Our range of clean, ethically produced wines have little to no sulfite additions and are always gluten free, 100% vegan and non-GMO.
