Cider for IPA lovers. We fermented our supplier’s sweet cider, and then added locally grown Cascade hops. Dry and quite tart. The hoppy aroma accentuates the apple character.
Located in East Central PA, we produce cider from the most flavorful varieties of local apples. Our cider is allowed to ferment spontaneously, and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with no added flavoring.
