Dry and tart. Honey and apples in the nose. Slightly astringent and light apple finish. Good with food or light conversation. Made entirely from Ida Red apples. The orchard delayed the harvest for us to allow extra flavor to develop.
Located in East Central PA, we produce cider from the most flavorful varieties of local apples. Our cider is allowed to ferment spontaneously, and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with no added flavoring.
