At Sierra Cider’s farm & cidery we grow our own cider type apples including traditional English bittersweets, early American russets, and lots of crabapples. We blend them to balance the sharp, sweet, and bitter tastes into complex and delicious ciders. Our farm & cidery is located in the historic California foothills near the gateway to Yosemite National Park. Here the fertile mountain soil, warm summers and cool autumn nights provide ideal growing conditions which enrich the apple juice with the balanced flavors and tastes found in our fine ciders.
