We craft our ciders using stone fruit, heritage and cider specific apples grown in our 6,130 ft. elevation Colorado orchards.
At the core of our ciders is a long history in fruit growing.
For over a century and five generations our family has respected and developed the land entrusted to us. Today we are one of the largest apple producers in Colorado Growing fruit is both a passion and a privilege.
Through generations we have succeeded in a high elevation environment, this is one of the most labor intensive, riskiest and extreme environments to grow apples, with fewer successful outcomes.
The conditions and exposure to UV at high elevation produces the most unique extreme flavor profiles possible in the world.
Our microclimate creates rare opportunity to achieve a high level of sweetness and acid at the same in all apple varietals. We have a unique advantage through years of experience in directing our growing practices, hand picking, carefully handling our fruit from the branch to the bottle Utilizing Colorado’s harsh turbulent temperature shifts, warm summers, dangerously cold winters and late spring frost to produce the highest quality cider apples, desert varietals and stone fruit in the U.S. Midwestern region.
The result is a line of fresh pressed ciders possessing high levels of flavorful delicious complexity and aromatics that shine though our fermentation processes and aging without need for additives.
We are proud to provide higher quality fresh grown fruit and ingredients to our 12 oz. line and hope you enjoy the distinct difference of our farm grown high elevation products. Celebrating our 109th year eagerly returning to the earth to work for what nature gives us.
Drink what we grow and enjoy!
