**Winter Red** (two 500ml bottles, 9% ABV):
In special years, we have the privilege of producing the memorable Winter Red, when red-flesh juice freezes, and we draw off the best part as it slowly thaws. This produces a pronounced experience of a color and flavor burst! Amazing tartness that zips into a full body mouthfeel, with notes of dragonfruit, grapefruit and honeydew, finishing smoothly with a nice sweetness.
***Varietal Pommeaus:***
Bold, sweet and juicy, these Pommeaus are our take on the traditional drink from Normandy. Fresh-pressed juice is fermented a very short time, arrested to retain its sweetness, then stowed away to age in oak barrels. The result is a dessert wine rich in bold fruit flavors.

**Kingston Black Pommeau** (375ml bottle, 19% ABV)
Beautifully rounded, full fruit character with an enjoyable jammy nature over mild tannin. Extended maturation in the barrel imparts layers of mild vanilla, spice and caramel.
**Breakwell's Seedling Pommeau** (375ml bottle, 19% ABV)
A dynamic balance of bright fresh apple juiciness over black-tea-like tannin. Extended barrel maturation contributes notes of mild spice, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and leather.
**Red Flesh Pommeau** (375ml bottle, 19% ABV)
Bright flavors of berries and melon that burst through a delicious jammy sweetness. Extended barrel maturation builds in layers of mild vanilla, caramel, and spice.
We craft our ciders from great cider apples that we grow on our orchard in sunny East Wenatchee, WA. Our incredible region gives our trees the ideal conditions to grow apples packed with the flavors necessary to produce fine ciders. Hot sunny summers and cold snowy winters result in apples that mature with incredible aromatics and delicious flavors. When ripened to perfection, we pick these apples and craft them with the utmost care into fine cider blends, resulting in rich ciders full of delicious complexity.
