Yarlington Mill is one of the first cider apples we fell in love with. As a traditional bittersweet, its high-soft-tannin juice is sweet and low-acid, browning quickly at the press. Some years it develops rich caramel flavor, others yield a soft applewood tannin.
Experience its soft fruit aromas with hints of spice, leather, and rich caramel, while flavors develop into hints of brandied peaches; on the palate, mild astringency and full body lead to a clean finish.
