Banner Orchard is our estate blend from our original orchard's early season apples and our young cider orchard. These trees produce differently each year, so each vintage is unique. Our 2021 vintage highlight fruits from our maturing cider orchard especially Porters Perfection and Kingston Black.
Spin Cider produces small batches of hand crafted, traditional and modern ciders from carefully selected fruit that is pressed into juice here at our farm. We ferment using traditional wine-making processes and age our ciders for mature, rich flavors.
