Spiritopia Pomegranate is a wine-based liqueur made from pomegranates grown in the central valley of California. It is built similar to a port wine in that we ferment the pomegranate juice, but stop it early by adding our barrel-aged apple and neutral grape brandy. The result is an intense ruby color liqueur with fruit-forward aroma and a tantalizing taste of tart pomegranate with smoky undertones from the brandy and a hint of orange.
