Stoic Cider was founded in 2016 on the family farm near Prescott, Arizona. The foundation for the company is based on a passion for unique heritage apple varieties, combined with a modern and experimental approach to making craft ciders. Each cider is small batch fermented with carefully selected yeasts, then blended, matured, and bottled on the farm. The resulting ciders are dry, crisp, aromatic, and perfect for any occasion.
