Revolutionary Vermouth is a collaboration
between Philadelphia Distilling and Stone & Key
Cellars. This semi-dry vermouth balances the line
between traditional dry vermouths and sweeter
bianco vermouths. We create it by fermenting
white grapes, fortifying the wine with grape
brandy, infusing this fortified wine with 13
different botanicals, and finishing it with just
enough pure cane sugar to perfectly balance it.
Vermouth is an essential ingredient for Martinis, as well as other classic cocktails.
