Mari-Paule is a premium quality vineyard-designate Oregon Pinot Noir from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Hand-picked, organic practices. No sulfites added. Gentle handling and cool fermentations enhance fruit expression and softer tannins. Aged in neutral barrels to avoid oak tannins. Marie-Paule is a blend of our favorite barrels from both de-setemmed and whole cluster fermentations. She is fruit-focused but structured featuring bright cherry and currant flavors, with savory and spice notes, and a rich, silky texture and finish. Pommard, Wädenswil and Dijon 114, 667 and 777 clones.
