This perry was made with fruit from a single grove of wild pears which we fermented in a single stainless steel barrel. It was so elegent, mineral, and balanced that we decided to bottle it still.
Serve slightly chilled with delicate seafood or fresh goat cheese.
Made with 100% wild foraged pears from a single site located within a mile of our hilltop cidery.
Gathered, pressed, fermented and bottled by hand.
Cidery located in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
