The Grafter Series is all about crafting unique ciders made from heirloom apples and vintage wine grapes. For this year’s Rosé we combined Rome Beauty, Cameo, Honeycrisp and Fuji apples with Texas-grown Mourvedre and Cinsault grapes. The result is a beautifully rounded cider with notes of ripe strawberry, peaches and cream, and a crisp stone-fruit finish.
30% Rome Beauty, 17% Cameo, 15% Honeycrisp, 15% Fuji apples; 15% Mourvedre, 8% Cinsault grapes
