The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
