This cider is comprised a a curated selection of our English cider apples (Porter's Perfection, Chisel Jersey, Dabinett, Cap of Liberty, Ellis Bitter, Somerset Redstreak and Kingston Black) layered on top of an English base apple (Brown's Apple). This combination of apples rare in America gives this cider a full-bodied richness, great color and mouthfeel with a hint of tartness. Great for fall and winter meals or by itself.

The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
