Belgian Saisons are typically defined by citrusy aromatics, floral earthiness and a peppery yeast flavor. Indeed, some of the more famous even have an apple-like fruit flavor. They are also known for their refreshment. These were all characteristics that we knew would port over into a cider version of these global classics. This cider starts with the depth of our tannic apples and adds bitter orange, bergamot, star anise and other aromatics as well as a touch of aromatic hops. This cider is an even more refreshing version of the classic Belgian Saison style.

The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
