This cider features two heritage apples, Haralson, a 100 year-old Minnesota apple and Golden Russet. In addition to the mellow notes of those apples, this cider was blended with a medium toast American oak and an untoasted French oak, rendering a balanced cider with soft aromas of vanilla, hints of lightly toasted bread and accents of honey. A truly refreshing cider with the complexity of an oaked California Chardonnay. Nice with turkey and other roasted meats, fall soups and much more. Enjoyable on its own.
