Made from 100% estate grown crab apples. Honey Marble is our most complex cider, fermented with crab apples, most the size of shooter marbles. Finished with a touch of honey and aged in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months before release. Tart, tannic, and bubbly. What's not to love.
