Try a collection of our ciders. All Watson Wheeler Ciders are dry, but each blend has a distinct flavor that showcases the unique characteristics of its own terroir. Whether foraged or picked from one of our heirloom heritage orchards, our process involves carefully selecting and pressing only 100% natural and unsprayed apples and allowing them to undergo wild fermentation.
1 X 750ml The James (light and approachable), 1 X 750ml Fireside Frost (barrel aged) and 1 X Bennington Triangle (crisp and tart).
By using only local and organic resources, implementing traditional and natural fermentation techniques, and taking part in the entire process from start (grafting and planting the trees) to finish (drinking the cider), we aim to deliver a superior and authentic craft cider that reflects the terroir and history of our region in the southern Green Mountains.
