Made from Norton grapes harvested in our family vineyard in 2021. This Norton fermented on the skins for 2 weeks, then aged in stainless steel prior to aging in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for 7 months. This wine has bourbon on the nose with flavors of black fruit and spice. Our bourbon barrel Norton has soft tannins with a long finish and accents of vanilla and chocolate.
